We’re Zach and Kerry, a husband‑and‑wife team, parents, and lifelong explorers. WanderShield grew out of our daily reality: wanting our son to experience the world with confidence while giving ourselves a little more peace of mind. With backgrounds in leadership, behavior and engineering, we’re working to protect curiosity, strengthen connection, and support families like ours.

Hi, I’m Zach. I’ve led teams in the military, built high-performing solar crews, and spent nearly a decade as a software engineer but my most important role is being a dad. I’m passionate about building tools that protect curiosity, not limit it. I’m committed to creating technology that families can trust and empowering kids to explore.

Hi, I’m Kerry. I spent sixteen years working as a marine mammal trainer while also earning my MBA in HR Management. Now I use my experience in people, behavior, and organization to support WanderShield’s operations. I love connecting with like‑minded families raising curious, adventurous kids.
